At Home Gym
When I can’t make it to the gym a good work out is never too far away. I try to do about 5 sets throughout the day to stay right. It still doesn’t replace cardio though. After about two weeks of being glued to the computer I think its time for me to head over to the Y. My arms got bigger though in that time; doing 100 pushups a day will do that to you.
